Ingredients (Serves 1)
1 (5-6oz) organic grilled chicken breast
3 sheets organic seaweed @gimmeseaweed
1/2 organic avocado
2 baby cucumbers, thinly sliced
2-3 green onions, chopped
Fresh cilantro, to taste
A handful of organic protein greens with sweet pea leaves @organicgirl
Pineapple or mango, thinly sliced (about 1/4 cup)
Homemade Dipping Sauce
2 tbsp coconut aminos @nakedandsaucy
1 tsp lime juice
1 small garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for garnish)
To Serve

Method
Lay out 3 sheets of organic seaweed (nori) on a clean surface.
Slice the grilled chicken breast thinly and place it in the centre of the nori sheets.
Add avocado, sliced baby cucumbers, chopped green onions, fresh cilantro, organic protein greens with sweet pea leaves, and pineapple or mango slices on top of the chicken.
Carefully roll the seaweed to enclose the ingredients tightly.
In a small bowl, combine coconut aminos, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame seeds (if using). Stir until well combined.
Slice the wrap into halves or rolls and serve with a side of organic pickled ginger.
