Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened milk of choice (My fav is MALK organics almond milk but you can also use regular organic milk, coconut, cashew or whichever alternative your heart desires)
1 tsp organic reishi mushroom powder
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
1 tsp MCT oil or coconut butter
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 soft Medjool date (pitted) or 1 tsp pure maple syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: ¼ tsp ashwagandha powder for extra adaptogenic benefits
Method:
Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
In a high-speed blender, combine the warm milk with all the other ingredients.
Blend on high for 20-30 seconds until smooth and frothy.
Pour into a mug and enjoy immediately. For an extra luxurious touch, sprinkle with a pinch of raw cacao or cinnamon on top.
