Ingredients

Tea Base

Organic bergamot cream tea or lavender Earl Grey tea: 1 bag

Filtered water: 8 oz

Milk Mixture

Organic almond milk (my fav is MALK or milk of choice): 8 oz

Organic raw honey: 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)

Vanilla extract or ground vanilla bean (optional): 1 drop or a pinch

Optional Garnish

Dried lavender, cinnamon, or ground nutmeg

Method

Boil 8 ounces of filtered water.

Steep the tea bag in the hot water for 8–10 minutes to create a strong, aromatic brew.

Heat the almond milk until warm but not boiling.

Froth the milk using a milk frother, immersion blender, or whisk to create a creamy, airy texture.

Stir in 2 tablespoons of organic raw honey until dissolved.

For extra warmth, add a drop of vanilla extract or a pinch of ground vanilla bean.

Pour the sweetened, frothy almond milk into your steeped tea.

Stir gently to combine, letting the froth rise to the top.

Sprinkle with a touch of dried lavender or cinnamon for a beautiful and aromatic finish. Sip slowly and savour the cozy, velvety blend of tea and milk!
